Ian has been playing drums most of his life. He got a reputation as a hired gun. He's also a drum teacher. Recently Ian moved to the White Mountains, where he works out in his drum studio, as well as playing with the band. He can be reached at http://www.drumway.com.
IAN PHILLIPS
Craig Roux started playing guitar when he was 9 years old, but when his brother (a guitar player) needed a bass player, he switched. By the time he was 15 he was working the clubs, and has since been in a number of different bands with Al. In 1992 he started working on original songs.

In 2000 Craig began a new career as a Harley Davidson Mechanic, and says, "Now I have the best of both worlds: Bass at night and bikes during the day."
"Yes we're related."
CRAIG ROUX
"Songs are like kids.  They eventually  mature, but only through repeated beatings."

Alan Roux
ALAN ROUX

When asked about his past, Alan would only offer this:

He was born and raised in Dover, NH.
He took up the guitar in 1966.
He studied under Jim Price.
And that's it.

"The past points to the future," he said.  "Live for today."

See what doing 200 shows a year can do to ya?

You should probably know that, as of today (since we can't talk about the past), Alan has released 12 CD's since the band's inception. He plans to record a new CD in 2008.

And there's been no letup with the touring schedule, either.  Alan and the band appear at venues throughout southern NH and Maine.

Alan probably feels that this is more than enough about him.

Still, there are other members of the band we should introduce.

A lot of people have been asking, "Exactly who IS the Alan Roux Band?"
Okay, so not a lot of people.  But a few people are asking.
A couple of people have asked, okay?
MY MOTHER, ALRIGHT!
